Court Upholds Marshall County BZA Denial Of Tamarack Solar Project
An Allen County judge has upheld the Marshall County BZA’s denial of Tamarack Solar’s proposed 1,435-acre solar project. The court found the BZA had sufficient evidence to support its decision and left the 2024 denial in place.
