Plymouth Police arrested a 72-year-old Plymouth woman following a vehicle crash on Jefferson Street near Beerenbrook Street on September 18.
Police said officers responded at approximately 10:30 p.m. after a caller reported a vehicle was in the roadway and no one was around it.
During the investigation, officers determined the vehicle belonged to San Juanita Fuentes of Plymouth. Police later located Fuentes at her home.
According to the Plymouth Police Department, Fuentes had left her vehicle following the crash and was found to have a blood alcohol level of .34%.
Fuentes was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail on allegations of leaving the scene of a crash, operating while intoxicated-endangerment and operating while intoxicated over .15.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
