Plymouth Police Officer Krynock initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle at U.S. 30 and Pioneer Drive at 10:12 a.m. on September 13 for a traffic infraction.
The driver, 48-year-old Jerard M. Stalling of Gary, was found to have a driver’s license status of suspended-prior.
Stalling was lodged at the Marshall County Jail and given a court date and cash bond.
