Plymouth Police Officers responded around 12:15 a.m. October 5 to the area of Randolph and Berkley streets after a man was reportedly seen on camera attempting to steal from a residence on Randolph Street.

Officers located a man in the area and said they were able to confirm he was the person seen on camera. Police said the man initially gave officers false information before he was identified as 34-year-old Jacob Satkoski of Plymouth.

Plymouth Police said Satkoski was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for misdemeanor criminal conversion.
