A Plymouth woman was arrested Monday night after police say she drove a Jeep into the front yard of a home and attempted to hit a man riding a bicycle.
According to Plymouth Police, officers were dispatched to the area of Oak and Harrison streets around 9:30 p.m. on October 12 for a reported road rage incident involving a Jeep and a bicycle.
Investigators believe the driver and bicyclist got into a verbal argument that eventually led to the front yard of a home on West Harrison Street.
Police allege the bicyclist was riding through the yard when the Jeep driver also drove into the yard and attempted to hit him with the vehicle.
Officers located the people involved and obtained video footage and witness statements during their investigation.
Police identified the Jeep driver as 58-year-old Diana Patrick of Plymouth. Patrick was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail in connection with an allegation of felony attempted battery with a deadly weapon.
