The Town of Argos has officially changed its online utility payment provider from InvoiceCloud to BS&A Payments.

Beginning today, October 29, 2026, residents making utility payments online will need to use the new BS&A Payments portal.

According to the town, the new system allows customers to pay by credit or debit card, direct withdrawal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Customers can also manage payments through a mobile-friendly online account and set up automatic payments.

Card payments will include a processing fee of 2.95% plus 50 cents per transaction. The town said recurring ACH payments can be set up through the Clerk’s Office at no extra cost.

The Town of Argos said residents should watch for their November 1 utility bill, which will include a new payment QR code. Customers can also visit townofargos.com and use the “Pay Bills Online” link.

Questions can be directed to the Town of Argos Clerk’s Office at 574-892-5717.
