Plymouth Police Patrolman Thornton initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle at 187 N. Oak Drive, near Dollar General, on the afternoon of September 13, 2026, due to false and fictitious registration on the vehicle.
During the investigation, police determined the driver, 45-year-old Kristen D. Fritter of Plymouth, had a suspended license.
Fritter was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where she was charged with Driving While Suspended.
