Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Michigan Road and 2A Road at approximately 2:30 p.m. on September 22.
During the stop, the driver, 41-year-old Kimberly Richard of Walkerton, was found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended license. Police also reported discovering marijuana and THC vapes in Richard’s possession.
Richard was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail. She was lodged on pending charges of driving while suspended-prior and possession of marijuana.
