On the afternoon of September 13, 2026, Plymouth Police Patrolman Thornton initiated a traffic stop near Oak Road and Pilgrim Lane after observing a vehicle with an expired registration.
While speaking with the driver, police determined she did not currently have active insurance. During the stop, Thornton was informed that Hannah Oh, 32, of Illinois, had a driving status of “Suspended-Prior.”
Police said suspected paraphernalia was located in Oh’s pocket while she was being taken into custody, which led to additional paraphernalia being located inside the vehicle.
Oh was transported and lodged in the Marshall County Jail and charged with Driving While Suspended and Possession of Paraphernalia.
