Plymouth Police Officer Krynock conducted a traffic stop around 9:11 a.m. Monday, September 15, in the 800 block of West Jefferson Street.

Police identified the driver as 23-year-old Trevor J. Baltes of Plymouth.

According to the Plymouth Police Department, Baltes was stopped for a traffic infraction and was found to have a driver’s license status of suspended-prior.

Police said Baltes also had a vape on his person that contained THC.

Baltes was lodged at the Marshall County Jail on charges of Driving While Suspended-Prior and Possession of Marijuana. He was given a court date and cash bond.
