A Plymouth man was arrested early Tuesday morning after a traffic stop in downtown Plymouth.
Plymouth Police Officer J. Witkowski conducted a traffic stop around 1:02 a.m. September 15 at Michigan Street and Washington Street.
Police said the driver, 46-year-old Angel R. Pagoada-Pavon of Plymouth, was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Pagoada-Pavon was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was issued a court date and bond.
