According to Plymouth Police, a traffic stop Saturday afternoon led to the arrest of a Star City man.
Police said a vehicle driven by 45-year-old Jarrod M. Minix was stopped for a traffic infraction around 12:54 p.m. September 20 in the 1100 block of Pilgrim Lane.
During the investigation, police determined Minix had a driver’s license status of Habitual Traffic Violator - Life.
Minix was lodged at the Marshall County Jail and given a court date and cash bond.
