Plymouth Police arrested an Elkhart woman following a traffic stop Monday evening near US 31 and US 30.
According to Plymouth Police, an officer conducted the stop shortly after 7 p.m. on September 21 for a speeding violation.
Police identified the driver as 30-year-old Siandre Loutzenhiser of Elkhart.
Police said Loutzenhiser had never been issued a driver’s license and was suspended-prior. Police also said she did not have proof of financial responsibility.
Loutzenhiser was lodged at the Marshall County Jail for driving while suspended-prior, operator never licensed and operating without financial responsibility-prior.
