According to Plymouth Police, an officer conducted a traffic stop at Fifth Street and Jackson Street at approximately 10:12 PM on September 23.
Police said the driver, identified as 56-year-old Jose Alfredo Sanchez Cetina, was found to be operating the vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
Sanchez Cetina was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where police said he was issued a court date and bond.
