A traffic stop Tuesday led to the arrest of a LaPorte man after Plymouth Police said they learned he had never obtained a driver’s license.
According to Plymouth Police, a vehicle was stopped for a traffic infraction on September 22 at U.S. 30 and Queen Road.
Police said that during contact with the driver, officers learned he had never obtained a license.
Armando Peguero Escobedo, 34, of Hupp Road in LaPorte, was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail on a charge of operating without ever obtaining a license.
Police said he was given a court date and cash bond.
