The Plymouth Police Department is looking to the community to help choose potential new fundraising merchandise to support its K9 program and K9 Kyzer.
The department is considering several items and wants to hear which ones residents would be most interested in purchasing before moving forward with its next fundraising project.
The proposed merchandise includes:
Custom Plymouth K9 wall calendars
Stuffed “K9 Kyzer” plush animals
Official Plymouth K9 challenge coins
Plymouth K9 vinyl stickers and decals
Residents are also encouraged to suggest other fundraising ideas.
The department is collecting feedback through its Facebook page, where residents can comment with their preferred merchandise or suggest something new.
Donations and Sponsorships
In addition to potential merchandise sales, the department is accepting direct donations and sponsorships from individuals and businesses interested in supporting the K9 program.
Checks can be made payable to Plymouth Police K9 Fund.
Anyone interested in donating or discussing sponsorship opportunities can contact Chief Weir or K9 Officer Schieber at the Plymouth Police Department.
The department has not announced which fundraising items will be selected or when they might become available.
Residents can view the department’s Facebook post and share their ideas.
