A Plymouth man was arrested Thursday after police said he drove to the probation office while intoxicated.
According to the Plymouth Police Department, officers were dispatched to 401 W. Jefferson St. at approximately 3:02 p.m. on September 17 for a report of a man who had driven to the probation office while intoxicated.
Police identified the man as 53-year-old Keith Marks of Plymouth. During the investigation, officers determined Marks had driven to the location.
Police said Marks was given field sobriety testing and a portable breath test. He was later transported to Plymouth Hospital for a certified blood draw.
According to the department, the results showed a blood alcohol concentration of .160.
Marks was booked into the Marshall County Jail for OWI above .15, OWI endangerment and driving while suspended-prior. He was given a court date and bond.
