Plymouth Police arrested a Bremen man early Saturday morning after responding to reports of an armed subject making threatening statements.
Police said officers responded around 12:30 a.m. September 19 to the area of Advanced Auto.
A traffic stop was conducted near Novelty and Michigan streets on a vehicle matching the description provided to police.
Police identified the driver as 19-year-old Nathan Guerrero of Bremen. According to the Plymouth Police Department, officers determined Guerrero had illegally consumed and was in possession of alcohol.
Guerrero was transported to the Marshall County Jail and lodged on charges of illegal possession and illegal consumption of alcohol.
The release does not state whether a firearm was located or whether Guerrero was determined to be the armed subject originally reported.
