Plymouth Police arrested a 31-year-old Plymouth man following a reported domestic disturbance Saturday.
According to the Plymouth Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue on September 19 at approximately 11 a.m. for a reported domestic disturbance.
Patrolman Thornton spoke with the parties involved and conducted an investigation.
Police said Brenden David Hartman had been arguing with a female when he allegedly made contact with a minor while agitated and arguing.
Hartman was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a charge of domestic battery in the presence of a minor.
