Plymouth Police arrested a 31-year-old Plymouth man Tuesday on an outstanding warrant.
According to a Plymouth Police Department news release, Brayan Torres Cardona was located at his residence at approximately 11:00 a.m. on September 16.
Police said Cardona had an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
