A traffic stop Wednesday morning led to the arrest of a Plymouth woman who police said had never obtained a driver’s license.
Plymouth Police Officer Krynock stopped a vehicle driven by 42-year-old Cassandra M. Mercado for a traffic infraction at Baker Street and Fairbanks Avenue around 8:11 a.m. on September 16.
Police said Mercado was found to have never obtained a driver’s license.
Mercado was lodged at the Marshall County Jail and given a court date and cash bond.
