Bill would now like to officially announce his campaign and share with West Township residents why he is running.
Bill has lived in West Township for the past 16 years. Born in Puerto Rico while his father served in the Air Force, Bill attended John Glenn High School before moving to California, where he owned his own business. He returned to Indiana in 1993 and eventually made Plymouth home. Bill has a daughter, a son, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Professionally, Bill owned his own business in California and spent 19 years working in quality control and as a field representative in the communications tower industry. He later worked in high speed aluminum stamping until his retirement.
Bill has also been involved in issues affecting Marshall County and worked alongside residents in the effort to stop the Marshall County Regional Sewer District.

If elected, Bill says he will push for quarterly public meetings at the county building with financial disclosure and an opportunity for public comment. He wants township surplus funds used for community improvements and properly invested to help grow the balance.
Bill has also committed to requesting a reduction in the Trustee’s salary. He will not charge West Township for an office in his home or his personal cell phone and will not pay his wife or another person to serve as his clerk. He also plans to work with the county on getting more roads fixed and resurfaced and with EMA to help ensure West Township is compliant and up to date with technology.
