A months-long narcotics investigation in Fulton County resulted in two arrests and the seizure of a significant quantity of illegal drugs on August 18, 2026.
The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, working with multiple local and state law enforcement agencies, executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1200 block of West County Road 375 North.
During the search, investigators reported locating and seizing approximately 2.06 pounds of methamphetamine, 27.3 pounds of marijuana, 3 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms, suspected LSD, drug paraphernalia and one firearm.
The primary target of the investigation was identified as Adam Richard, 43, of Rochester. Richard was arrested and lodged in the Fulton County Jail on preliminary charges of three counts of Dealing in Methamphetamine, Level 2 Felonies; three counts of Possession of Methamphetamine, Level 3 Felonies; and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Level 6 Felony.
Kayla Graham, 33, of Twelve Mile, was also located inside the residence. Graham was arrested and lodged in the Fulton County Jail on a preliminary charge of Possession of Methamphetamine Over 5 Grams, a Level 5 Felony.
The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office said additional charges may be filed through the Fulton County Prosecutor’s Office as investigators continue reviewing evidence associated with the case.
Assisting agencies included the Indiana State Police, Rochester Police Department, Marshall County Drug Task Force, Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office and Fulton County Prosecutor’s Office.
All charges are allegations. All persons are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
